'Craigie' is a quaint Miners Cottage that was originally the saddlers shop built in 1850 being one of the first settlement homes - which maintains many original features and is positioned close to the centre of town within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the beach.
The warm and inviting home has two bedrooms with queen sized beds that can sleep up to 4 people, combined dining/kitchen area featuring a warm wood fire heater and split system and a formal living area with gas heating.
Outside of the home is the ‘museum’ a studio apartment with a queen size bed, split system, kitchenette, and bathroom. There is plenty of space for parking cars, boats and trailers. This property will not disappoint!
Pets are allowed at the property, no more than two pets and a pet bond of $150.00 applies.
Property Rates –
$550.00 per week for the house and studio – 2 people
$450.00 per week for just the house – 2 people
$25 extra per person per week (5 people max)
Christmas/New Year Peak Holiday Rates -
$1,400.00 per week for the house and studio
$1,000.00 per week for just the house
No extra charges for guests exceeding 2 guests.
If booking for four weeks over Christmas then we revert back to $550.00 per week plus extra for each guest over 2 guests.
Minimum 1 weeks stay and can do short term rental for 3-4 months max (price negotiable).
A booking service fee of $25.00 and a bond of $250.00 applies to every booking.
