Overlooking the bay and situated only 5 minutes from Portland, this property is perfect with spectacular views offering whale watching in the winter and harbour activity all year around. With enough room to accommodate up to 7 people it's ideal for the large family wanting a holiday.

There is a lounge looking out to the beach with a wood fire, TV and DVD player, a sunroom with a couch and second TV plus a combined kitchen/dining room with an air-conditioner.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed with disabled en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed with the third bedroom having 2 single beds. The main bathroom is newly renovated with a large double shower.

Other features to the home are a laundry with washing machine, a dryer in the rear (large) shed, a BBQ and outdoor setting in the garden plus plenty of car and boat parking. Of special importance are the ramps at both front and rear of the property providing wheelchair access and of course the bathroom designed for the disabled. Linen is provided.

It is situated approximately 6 kilometers from all the delights of Portland front beach, fabulous shopping boutiques and cafes/restaurants and offers a great holiday to fishermen, families, couples, large groups and particularly the disabled.

Minimum 2 night stay.

The Sandcastle is located approximately 6 km by car from our office at 111 Bentinck Street Portland.

A booking service fee of $25.00 and a bond of $250.00 applies to every booking.
